百舌鳥陶器の久米康裕です。
本日も皆様にご覧になっていただきたい器をご用意していますのでよろしくお願いいたします。

本日はこちらにご用意しております「青白磁」の器です。
形は焼き物皿、丸皿からちょっと足の付いた小鉢、前菜に使えそうなお皿など、色々ご用意しました。

まずこの色目ですねよね。青白磁っていうのは。
私は染め付けと青白磁が器の中では大好きでシンプルなんですがお料理を映えさせるいい器だと思います。
青白磁は年中使うことはできますが、やはりこの季節、初夏から夏にかけて涼しさを感じていただける器の代表だと思うんですけれども、これを是非お勧めしたいなと思いまして今日はご用意させていただきました。

形状はこちらにある「青白磁金付笹型前菜皿」「青磁笹型突出皿」前菜皿、突出というかそういうお皿、こちらも「白磁撫角ベタ底付出」そんな感じで使っていただけますね。

こちらは焼き物皿で「青白磁千代紙焼物皿」「青白磁波文足付焼皿」「青白磁ラン彫焼物皿」基本的には焼き物ですので焼き魚を盛ったりだとか、これにお造りを盛ってもいいのかなと思います。

あと、丸皿「青白磁つらら5.0皿」「青白磁二重菊四.五寸皿」「青白磁二重五.五皿」「青白磁切継ぎ小鉢」など、こちらは「青白磁切継銘々皿」若干変形した切継が施された様な面白い形状のちょっと手作り感あふれる器ですね。

こちらはデザートなどにも使われる「青白磁二重菊高台小鉢」「もえぎゆり高台小鉢」ちょっと足の付いた小鉢ですね。

ほんと青白磁の器は嫌いだという人をあまり聞いた事がない、使いやすい器で青白磁をずっと使っているお店もあります。
わたしも大好きな器ですので皆様にも是非使って頂けたらと思っております。
