Hello everyone. I am Yasuhiro Kume from Mozutouki. Today, I am here in front of you all. I would like you to take a look. We have prepared some dishes, so please enjoy. Today, we have some dyed dishes. They are called delicacies. They are little bowls, you could say? It is summer now, so we have prepared some dishes like this, in the hope that you can use them to create a little atmosphere. The dyed dishes are really beautiful, this blue color. I think that is their greatest feature. And, they also create a feeling of coolness in the summer. They are good for appetizers, etc. Just before 8:00 Right now, there is an 8-inch plate here, and this one is lacquerware. This is ceramic, and you put your food on it. It's arranged like this, and it brings out the beauty of the food. It makes it even more delicious to eat. But before that, at first glance, I think this team was brought in to create a sense of beauty, but especially to create a sense of coolness. These are blue-dyed vessels. I would really love for everyone to use them. And then, for each vessel, there is a design. For example, this one has a design of flowing water. This one starts with an octopus and ends with the word rot. This is a design that has been around for a long time. There are other designs, too. The shape is a leaf, but this one also has flowing water. The shape of this one is like this. It's shaped like a shell. That's how it is. It's a single vessel. The shape and the design. Customers can look at it. They can pick it up like this. Well, after you've eaten, you'll think, "Ah, this is kind of cute." I hope you'll look at them like this. Well, it's nice to have lots of them, so that customers can enjoy them after they've eaten. That's what's good about Chinmire, or rather the fun, so I hope you'll all adopt them. 皆さんこんにちは。 百舌鳥陶器の久米康裕です。 本日も皆様に是非おすすめしたい器をご用意していますのでよろしくお願いいたします。 本日は染付の珍味入れ・小さい小鉢になります。 季節的にも夏場になりますので演出に使っていただきたいと思いご用意いたしました。 染付は「青の美しさ」。それが何よりの特徴とで夏場に涼しさを演出してくれる器だと思います。 前菜や八寸。ここに八寸皿（漆器と陶器をご用意しました）にお料理を盛り付けていくんですけれども、お料理の美しさをより演出する。 食べて美味しい、その前にパッと見て美しさを演出する為に珍味入れの役割があると思います。 特に涼しさを演出する青の染付の器をぜひ皆様に使っていただきたいと思います。 それぞれの器の絵柄などは、 こちらは流水「内外二色流水朝顔小付」水が流れる絵柄ですね。 こちら「染付タコ唐草撫角小付」は、タコ唐草という昔からある絵柄です。 こちら「呉須線紅葉型手塩皿」葉っぱの絵柄。 形から紅葉の葉の形です。 こちらも「流水変型小付」流水・水が流れる絵柄。 これ「吹墨貝型小付」は形から貝殻のような器。 このように器一つ一つの形とか絵柄など、手に取って食べた後に器を見て「かわいいね」と見て頂けたらいいなと思いますね。 こういった器が何点もあるとそれだけお客様に食べた後楽しんでいただけますよね。 そういった珍味入れの良さ・楽しさがあると思いますので是非みなさまにご採用して頂けたらと思います。 それでは今日もちょっとお料理を盛り付けていますのでご覧になってください。 よろしくお願いします。 いかがだったでしょうか？ 珍味入れの小鉢は一品一品手塩にかけて作られている器です。 絵柄も手書きの器もありますし、ほんとに素晴らしい器ばかりですので是非お手に取ってご覧になっていただいたうえでお料理を盛り付けて頂けたらと思っていますのでよろしくお願いいたします。 それでは本日も終わらせていただきます。 ありがとうございます。
