夏に向けた涼しげに見える器（染付のうつわ）をご紹介 vol.5

染め付けの器は白をベースにした清涼感・清潔感のある色合いで夏だけでなく一年を通して利用できる汎用性の高い器になります。
シンプルな模様や風景画を描いたものなど人気のある商品になります。

Hello everyone. My name is Yasuhiro Kume from Moz-touki. Today, I have prepared
some utensils that are perfect for use during the summer season. So I would like to
introduce this.

Today, I'd like to introduce these blue pieces we have here.

We call these pieces a dyeing bowl and sell them as such.

I would like to introduce a bowl like this with a blue pattern on a white background.

This dyed bowl has a very clean appearance, and I think it's perfect for summer.

These dishes are designed to be unobtrusive and not overshadow the food.

It becomes a dish that subtly emphasizes the food.

I think this bowl is best used in the summer, but there are many people who love
warikashi-dyed bowls.

Some of our customers like dyed tableware, and some customers who come to eat like
this traditional blue tableware.

Therefore, I think it is a bowl that can be used all year round, not just in the summer.

Today, we have bowls suitable for serving sashimi, uniquely shaped fan-shaped dishes,
small dishes for sashimi soy sauce, and various small bowls.

These are "fukizumi" small bowls, which have a sprayed ink design.

The auspicious character "Kichi" is written on the bottom.

This is a very popular pattern that depicts a rabbit and a monkey, and is called the
Kozanji Temple pattern.

Also, it's a pottery plate with a landscape pattern like this, which looks like an
old-fashioned landscape painting.

The things around here are grilled dishes.

We have such plates available.

こんにちは。百舌鳥陶器の久米康裕です。
今回も夏場に是非使っていただきたい器を紹介していきたいと思います。

今日ご用意した器は、染付の器を言って白地にブルー絵柄のある器を紹介させていただきます。
染付の器は見た目に清潔感・清涼感がある器で夏場にはもってこいの器だと思います。

お料理に対しても器が出しゃばらない、さりげなくお料理を強調する様な器ではないでしょうか。

今回ご用意したような染付の器は基本的に夏が良いと思いますが、こういった染付の器は昔からあり、料理人の方、お客様にも好きな方がたくさんいますので、年中使える器だと思います。

今回ご紹介する器は、お作りを盛り付けれるような鉢型の器（染付よろけ紋4.8浅鉢）や、形が珍しい扇面（吹墨手吉字半開扇向）、扇の形をした器。

小さい器（染内外ナズナ反小付）（渕錆見込吉丸小付）（赤絵内呉須線隅切小付）（染付よろけ紋千代口）はお造りのお醤油入れに使う場合が多いですが、この器に直接お料理を持っても良いかと思います。

他には小鉢（内外間取10角５寸鉢）（刷毛十草六方ナブリ反小鉢）（高山寺正角反小鉢）
この商品は（吹墨手白抜吉玉割）吹墨と言って墨をを吹きつけたような模様が入った器もあります。
内側には縁起の良い「吉」の文字施されています。

こちらの四角の器（高山寺正角反小鉢）には高山寺と言ってウサギやお猿さんが絵描かれていて大人気の絵柄になります。

こちらの（山水木瓜形焼皿）器は、山水柄と言って昔ながらの風景画が描かれた焼き物皿になります。
焼き物皿は他にも（渕渦地文長角皿）（渕錆間取９寸長角皿）などをご用意しました。

それでは実際お料理を盛り付けた時の雰囲気をお伝えしたいと思います。

鯛のお作りを盛った中鉢（山水六方なぶり５寸鉢）とお醤油入れに（渕錆見込吉丸小付）をご紹介しました。
染付の器に盛るとお造りも美味しそうに見えるかと思います。
