皆さんこんにちは百舌鳥陶器の久米康裕です。

本日も皆様に是非ご覧になっていただきたい器をご用意しておりますのでよろしくお願いいたします。
本日は5月ぐらいに、新緑が生える様な季節に使っていただきたい珍味入れの器をご用意させていただきました。

まずはこちら「かぶと珍味入　藍」端午の節句に。
兜を見ると誰が見ても5月というイメージになると思うんです。
この兜の形をした珍味入れ器が一つお皿の上に乗せてあるだけで「5月なんだな」と、わかっていただけると思います。
あと「あやめ珍味入れ」こういった”あやめ”の紫の色柄の器も目にも楽しさがあると思います。

色目的にはブルーや紫系の色などの器を入れておくとなんとなく5,6月のイメージになるんじゃないかなと思います。

一方、新緑という事で、新しい葉っぱが芽生えてくる。そういった季節になるので少し薄めの緑の「グリンハス小付」「舟型珍味若草」など小鉢を八寸などにちょっと入れていただくと新緑の初夏のイメージだなぁという事でお客様に気づいていただけるんじゃないかと思います。
こういった器にその季節の食材を入れていただくと、よりお料理が映えるんじゃないかと思います。

形や大きさに関しては色々ありますので、料理長さんが盛り付けるお料理の量で決めていただければいいのかなと思います。
