By incorporating glassware like this, your dishes can take on a cool, refreshing look that’s perfect for summer.

That’s why we’ve prepared these pieces for you today.

Also, the pieces we have on display here really come in all shapes and styles.

There are small bowls like these, footed dishes like this one, and even flat,
plate-like pieces—offering a wide range of options to choose from.

Since there’s such a wide variety to choose from, I believe it’s best for the head chef to select the pieces that best suit their presentation.

We also have pieces like these, which I often feature—some with elegant
gold detailing that give off a luxurious feel, others shaped like clamshells
or turban shells.

These uniquely shaped dishes are great conversation starters and add a playful touch to the dining experience.

We also have glass-style dishes that resemble aperitif glasses, but with a more luxurious feel.

本日も皆様にご覧になっていただきたい器をご用意していますのでよろしくお願いいたします。

本日はこちらに並べております「ガラスの珍味入れ・小鉢」ですね。
こちらを今日は紹介させていただきます。

これからますます暑い盛りになってきまして、ガラスの器をちょっと採用していただく事でお料理全体が少し涼しげな夏らしい雰囲気になるのかなと思います。

並べてあすのは千差万別というか、サイズも小さい小鉢タイプの器。

足のついた器。

平べったい器など色々ありますが、これは演出する際に料理長さんが選んでいただけたらいいかと思いますのでいろんなタイプを揃えてみました。

口元に金が施された豪華な雰囲気の器。
「六角杯金付」「MG-104金」「豆珍味小№１スキΦ40×ｈ30」「丸型珍味天金(6)」
他には形自体がはまぐり「はまぐり小皿(6)」
こちらはさざえ「さざえ珍味(6)」の形をしていて見た目も面白く、お客様通しが会話も弾むような器もあります。

こちらは「朱巻き銀彩正角二寸グラスチョコ」「染付桜濃面取二寸グラスチョコ」食前酒グラスの様な少し豪華な商品もご用意しています。

こちらは切子タイプの小さい小鉢「切子珍味藍(1)」「切子珍味オリーブ(1)」素敵ですよね。

こういったお皿が八寸皿に乗っていると、特に女性のお客様は綺麗な器が大好きですのでお料理を食べてから器をご覧になって、いろんなお喋りが弾むんじゃないかなと思います。
