夏に向けた涼しげに見える器（珍味入れ）をご紹介 vol.7

今回は見た目も可愛いしい小さい珍味入れをご紹介。

Hello everyone. My name is Yasuhiro Kume from Moz-touki.
Today as well, we have prepared some cool bowls that you would like to use in the summer,
so we would like to introduce them to you.

I would like to introduce the small bowls, also known as a delicacy container.

A delicacy holder is a container that is used by placing several pieces on a so-called 8-inch
plate, which is about this size, and serving food on it for the customer to eat.

It's a lot of fun to have each dish put into each dish, and it's easy for guests to eat as they
can hold the whole bowl.

Using tall bowls with feet can make the dishes look more interesting by creating different
heights.

Today, I'd like you to use it in the summer, so I've introduced a small bowl with a blue
pattern on a white background, a small silver-ish plate, and a glass delicacy holder that
creates a cool feeling. We also offer small bowls with gold around the mouth to create a
slightly more luxurious look.

I think when these are brought to the table in front of the customers, they will find it so
enjoyable that they'll wonder which one to start with, and the meal will progress delightfully.

こんにちは。百舌鳥陶器の久米康裕です。
今回も夏場に使っていただきたい清涼感のある器をご紹介したいと思います。

本日は小さい器、「珍味入れ」とよく言われる器をご紹介します。

こういう珍味入れは八寸皿などに何個か乗せて、この珍味入れにお料理を盛り付けてお客様に提供する。そんな器になります。

それぞれにお料理を入れていただくので楽しさもありますし、お客様も持って食べる事ができるので食べやすいかと思います。

他にもこちらの様な（六角杯CR）（染付桜濃面取二寸グラスチョコ）少し高い、足のついた器などは、お料理を並べた時に高低差を作ったりだきる器になります。

夏場に使って欲しい器ですので、以前ご紹介した染付の白地にブルーの柄が入った珍味入れ（内外網小付(小)）（吹墨貝型小付）（太十草片口ミニ珍味）（吹墨瓢型小付）（流水変型小付）（染錦瓢絵菊割小付）などや、銀色の珍味入れ（銀彩角珍味）。
ガラス素材の（六角杯CR）（染付桜濃面取二寸グラスチョコ）（アミューズカップ）などは涼しさを演出できますし、縁に金が入った（MG-104金）（エスプリ143 金付（6））などは豪華さを演出する様な小鉢になります。

こういった珍味入れ・小鉢はお客様の目の前にお料理が運ばれた時「どれから食べようかな」と、楽しくお食事が進むのではないかと思います。
