Today, as we approach summer and temperatures rise, I'm excited to introduce you to glass
vessels designed to keep you feeling cool.
Firstly, I have prepared a small glass bowl as the initial offering.
Glass vessels exude a stylish aesthetic and offer a refreshing tactile experience. By serving
dishes in these vessels throughout May, June, and July, your customers will perceive a
distinct sense of coolness.
Today, I've prepared two variations: a small bowl similar to this one, measuring
approximately 10 cm in diameter, and a small bowl featuring a subtle raised platform, also
resembling this design.
Primarily, this small bowl is ideal for presenting dishes such as vinegared preparations and
petite salads.

Additionally, while a small bowl on a raised platform is suitable for serving main courses,
utilizing a similar bowl for presenting desserts at the conclusion of the meal can enhance
customer satisfaction.
There is a range of prices available, starting from 1000 yen and going up to 3000 yen.
Furthermore, considering the fragility of glass, we prioritize selecting containers that are both
convenient for storage and stackable for ease of handling.
Additionally, there are some vessels that are slightly thinner.
While many may opt to use a dishwasher for cleaning, it's advisable to hand wash thinner
dishes whenever possible to minimize the risk of damage.
A strong and thick container like this can sometimes be washed in a washing machine.
I don't think there's a problem washing it in a washing machine.
However, there's a chance the gold on containers like this might peel off over time, so please
wash them carefully without using a washing machine.
I understand that it can be challenging for the people in the washing room, but with careful
handling, it can be used for a long time.

こんにちは。百舌鳥陶器の久米康裕です。
これから私達が皆さんにおすすめしたい器についてご紹介させて頂きます。
よろしくお願いいたします。

今日はこれから夏場に向けて暖かくなってきますので、涼しげなガラスの器を紹介したいと思います。

今回用意していますのはガラスの小鉢です。
ガラスは見るからに涼しそうな清涼感のある器になりますので5月、6月、7月のお料理をこちらで盛り付けて頂きますと食べに来られたお客様が涼しい感じだなと感じていただける器になっています。

今日揃えた器は直径10cmぐらいの小鉢、足のついている高台のガラス小鉢の２種類をご用意しています。

まずこちらの器（籠目角小鉢CR）でしたら酢の物であったり、サラダであったり。そういうお料理を盛り付けていただくのにいいかなと思います。
デザインも色々あり、（MC-500）（MC-503金）これは映像ではわかりにくいかもしれませんが細かい模様が入っていたり、カットが入っているような豪華な（籠目角小鉢CR）（吉祥四方小鉢金付）もあります。
こちらのような（明日香 4810（6））スリガラスの小鉢もあります。

口が金になっている小鉢などは豪華さがあり、関西圏のでは喜ばれるかと感じています。

次は高台の小鉢になりますが、デザート系など、一番最後にちょっとしたお料理を盛り付けて出していただくとお客様も喜んでお召し上がりになるんじゃないのかなと思います。

価格的には1000円代から、3000円ぐらいまでで色々あります。

商品がガラスですので、破損なども心配になるかと思いますが、私どもが扱っている商品は割と強く、重ねて収納できるような食器を選んでいます。

薄いガラスの商品などは洗浄機を使わずできるだけ手洗いしていただけると破損も少なくなるかと思います。
厚みのある商品は洗浄機も対応した商品もあります。

ですが、口が金の食器などはハゲてくる心配もあります。
洗い場の方も大変だと思いますが、できる限り丁寧に手洗いで扱っていただく事で長くお使いいただく事ができます。
