秋に向けた季節を感じる器（塗り物・八寸皿）をご紹介 vol.9

今回ご紹介する器は「八寸皿」になります。

珍味入れや小さい小鉢と組み合わせて演出してほしいと思います。

First, the eight-inch plates.
There are many types of eight-inch plates, such as ceramic and wooden ones, but today I
would like to introduce lacquered eight-inch plates.
We have a variety of types on display here.
Shapes range from ume-shaped ones like this one, to traditional round ones and square
ones like this one.
There are also various types, such as those with two colors applied, such as this
checkered pattern.
Most of the lacquered dishes we handle are basically made of resin.
Of course, we also have wooden ones, but today we would like to introduce some resin
ones that are easy to handle.
Among them, some busy stores may use the dishwasher, so these dishes are made of
heat-resistant fabric that is dishwasher safe, so they are unlikely to be deformed by using the
dishwasher.
These items are not made of heat-resistant fabric, so if you put them in the washing
machine for a long time at high temperatures, they may become distorted.
In any case, they are very easy to use.
When it's still a little hot, I recommend something like this with a silver finish, and when
autumn deepens, I think I would recommend a deep brown color like this or a wine color with
the orthodox "Shunkei" color.
It's fine to serve food directly on these, but I think it would be nice to combine them with
small bowls like delicacies containers to make the food stand out.

今回も百舌鳥陶器で取り扱いしている器をご紹介させていただきます。

今回は八寸皿になりますが、陶器や木製の八寸皿など色々ありますが今回ご紹介するのは塗り物の八寸皿になります。

今回色々な器を並べてみましたが梅型のお皿やオーソドックスな円形や四角などの器をご用意しました。
市松模様や2色に塗られた器など色々あります。

素材は木製もありますが今回は手軽に扱っていただける樹脂製の商品をご紹介していますが、お忙しいお店の場合は洗浄機で洗われるお店もあるかと思います。

こちらの２種類「銀渕溜8.5寸ロクロ目皿」「春慶85ロクロ皿」の盛器は耐熱の生地を使っていますので洗浄機を使っていただいても変形する事はまずない商品ですが、今回ご紹介のその他の商品は耐熱の生地ではないので長時間高温で洗浄機にかけると変形する可能性もありますが、いずれにしても手軽に使っていただきたいと思います。

まだ暑い時期ですと銀色が施された商品。
これから秋が深まってきましたら「春慶85ロクロ皿」春慶という色の茶系の深い色の器や、ワインカラーの「銀渕溜8.5寸ロクロ目皿」こちらのような器がおすすめです。

今回ご紹介の商品はそのままお料理を盛り付けてもらってもいいもですが、珍味入れや小さい小鉢と組み合わせてお料理を映させていただけたらと思います。
