I'm Kume Yasuhiro from Mozutoki.
Today, we have some pottery we'd like you to take a look at, so please come along.
Today's display is It's a bowl.
I wanted to introduce you to a Japanese style bowl today, so I've prepared one for you.
There are many different sizes of Japanese style bowls, but today's bowl is a medium size.
The majority of them are about 11cm in total, but they can hold about 200cc to 250cc.
This is truly the most standard size soup bowl.
I think this is the most commonly used size.
I have prepared that for you today.
The design is As always, it's all kinds of stuff.
These are all products that I liked so much that I ordered samples from the manufacturers.
But it's design rather than shape. In particular, if you look at these three types, they are all exactly the same shape.
But by changing the color like this, It completely changes the image These normal ones have silver painted on the top of the hill.
This is a really new, recent paint job, and it's really stylish.
This is a bit of a dawn thing.
The sides are painted with a slightly darker, gradated black.
Even though they have the same shape, they are decorated with a little gold to create a luxurious look. Depending on the color, the impression changes completely.
I think it really comes down to the choice of the head chef, the owner, and the like, depending on their preferences. Well, there are a variety of designs.
And the material...
These days, most fabrics are made of resin.
I don't think wooden ones are that easy to use, but of course wooden ones are lighter and easier to hold. After all, many places now use cleaning machines.
It's a bit of a resin fabric. As for paint, most of them use chemical paint, but in fact, these two lined up here are just regular lacquer.
The base is a resin material called mokukan, but the paint is applied with lacquer, and lacquer has a unique luster, or should I say a texture, that you can't really understand until you touch it.
I don't know what it looks like, but when I touch it, I know it's good. I really think so.
However, the price is quite high. In terms of various expenses Maybe it's hard to use I don't know.
As expected, for good customers I think it would be nice if they could provide something like this for places that charge tens of thousands of yen per night. Well then, today too We have prepared a soup in a bowl here, so please take a look.

本日も是非、皆様にご覧になっていただきたい器をご用意しておりますのでよろしくお願いいたします。

本日はこちらに並べておりますお椀、吸い物椀をご紹介したいと思います。

吸い物椀も色々サイズがありますが今回は中サイズの直径で11cmぐらいで容量的には200~250ccぐらいが入る様な一番中心的なサイズ感の一番使われているサイズだと思いますのでご用意いたしました。

デザインは私が気に入って取り寄せたサンプルばかりです。

形状などはこちらの３種類は全く同じ形状のお椀になりますが、色を変える事でまったくイメージが変わります。
「」こちらは朱色をベースに高台の部分に銀色が施されています。
「銀帯溜糸目吸物椀溜ＨＣ耐熱」こちらは新しい最近の塗りなんですがすごいオシャレですよね。
「曙金線糸目吸物椀」こちらは曙と朱色から黒へとボカシが施されて、持つ部分の高台に金が施されて豪華さを演出されています。

同じ形状でも色によって印象が違ってくるですが、調理長さんやオーナーさんが選ばれるんどと思いますが色々な物があります。

あと、素材は最近は樹脂の生地になります。
木製の物は持った時に軽さなどはいいのですが、やはりお店では洗浄機を使われるお店も多いので記事は樹脂で化学塗料を使った物が多いです。
ですが、こちらの2点「溜　若松　吸物椀　漆」「金市松千鳥吸物椀」は生地は木合で樹脂になりますが漆の塗りが施されています。
漆は独特の光沢といいますか。持った時の手触りなど。
見た目ではわかりにくいかもしれませんが、手に持つといいなぁと私は思ったりします。

漆はそれなりの値段になりますので、経費の面などで使いにくいかもしれませんが、単価の高い調理などには良い器を使ってほしいなと思います。
