お造りを盛り付けるのにちょうど良い器をご紹介します。

秋になって若干涼しくなってきた時に温かみのある器をご覧ください。

In the fall and winter, I think Domon will be the center of attention.

I don't know if it's always the same recipe.
I think that just by serving different colors of food, customers can feel that the season has changed. Personally, I think it's a bit like Oliver.

百舌鳥陶器の久米康裕です。

本日も是非、皆様にご覧になっていただきたい器をご用意しておりますのでよろしくお願いいたします。

本日はこちらにご用意しております”お造り”を盛るのにいいかなと思う中鉢的なサイズ感の小鉢、平鉢のような器を色々揃えてみました。

秋冬ですのでやはり土物の器が中心になってくると思います。
こちらの様な備前風の器「備前風正角切立鉢」「備前黒荒彫角皿（大）」「備前風灰釉吹とじ目珍味」「備前タタキ丸向付」や、こちらの織部の器「織部葉型前菜皿」「織部透かしリム小鉢」など。

こちらは灰釉などで土物らしい器「黒釉彩6.0中皿」「黒窯変向付」「炭化土四角そり皿」。
粉引の器の「粉引花彫小鉢」なども土物の器です。

こちらなどはプラチナの装飾のある器「内外黒釉渕一珍プラチナなぶり正角皿」「プラチナ銀河波渕5.0鉢」「黒ちらし渕銀巻5.0片押浅鉢」「黒志野プラチナ水玉八方レリーフ平鉢」このようなお造り鉢もありますね。

形も色々ありますので、好みで選んでいただけたらと思います。

夏場は涼しげな器を使って、秋になって若干涼しくなってきた時に温かみのある器を。
いつもと同じお造りでも、毛色の違う器に盛り付けられているとお客様も季節が変わってきたなと感じていただけるのかなと思います。

私は個人的にこちらの織部の器「織部葉型前菜皿」「織部透かしリム小鉢」が好きで、マグロのお刺身など盛り付けると赤色も映えて綺麗だなって思います。

こちらのような少し斬新な「黒志野プラチナ水玉八方レリーフ平鉢」「内外黒釉渕一珍プラチナなぶり正角皿」もいいなと思います。
女性の方なども少し変わった器も喜んでいただいていろんな話も進むのかなと思います。
