Today, I have some pieces I'd really like to introduce to you.
Thank you for your time.
The items I’m showing you today are prepared for a time a couple of months from now, in January, as we're speaking.
Since it’s March around that time, these pieces are meant for the celebration of Hinamatsuri, or the Doll Festival, also known as the Peach Festival.

I’d like to introduce a beautifully vibrant piece that's perfect for the Peach Festival.
This particular item retains its original shape, and it’s a lidded dish in the form of an old man, often referred to as "Okina."
The lid adds an element of fun, as it invites you to discover what kind of delicacies might be hidden inside.
It’s truly an adorable and charming piece.

Just having a plate like this can instantly evoke the feeling of the Hinamatsuri season for your guests.
The same goes for these lantern-shaped dishes.
Simply using pieces like these can bring a sense of seasonality to your meals, making the food feel more connected to the time of year.

There are also lidded dishes like these for serving delicacies.
The shapes vary, and they come in colors like pink, red, and yellow—perfectly reflecting the season.
By serving food in these colorful pieces, you can really bring out the seasonal atmosphere.

Placing pieces like these in an eight-inch box, or simply adding one or two on top of a regular plate, can really enhance the visual appeal of the dish.

皆さん、こんにちは。百舌鳥陶器の久米康弘です。
今日も皆様に是非見て頂きたい器をご用意していますのでよろしくお願いします。

今、動画を公開していますのは1月になりますが3月、二か月ぐらい先の器をご紹介しています。

3月と言えば”ひな祭り”。
桃の節句に相応しい色のある煌びやかな器をご用意させていただきました。

まずこちらに並べている器「錦金濃唐草ひな人形珍味入」「錦夫婦ひな　珍味入」「錦夫婦めびな　珍味入」「錦夫婦おびな　珍味入」はそのままですがお雛様の形をした蓋付きの珍味入れになります。
蓋を開ける事が出来て中に何かお料理を盛り付ける。
この器があるだけで可愛らしく、「もうひな祭りだな」とお客様にわかっていただけます。
こちらのぼんぼりの器「ぼんぼり蓋物（小）」「春秋ボンボリ珍味」「赤絵山水六角珍味」などもそうですが、こういった器をちょっとあつかうだけで季節感があふれるお料理になるかなと思います。

様々な蓋付きの珍味入れをご用意しています。

画面右にご用意した器は形はさまざまですが、色がピンクや赤や朱色。
黄色などもそうですが明るい色使いの器にお料理を盛り付けて季節感を演出するのに相応しい器だと思います。

こういった珍味入れを八寸の箱に入れたり、器に一つ二つ乗せてお料理を盛り付けていただくと華やかさが演出できて女性のお客様にも喜んで頂けるお料理になるかと思いますので是非ご検討ください。
