I have some blue and whitish tableware lined up here It gives the impression of early summer
Blue is the color that comes from winter to spring, so if you use something like this emerald blue,
I think it will give customers the image that summer is already coming
So, I have prepared a dish that is whitish, but it's not just white, it's a matte, slightly frosted whitish dish It's an earthy color, and it has a completely different image, the same shape as this one
We have prepared this kind of tableware for you today
Of course, you can put sashimi or grilled dishes on the blue tableware
We will also serve salads and other dishes, so
I think it will really stand out I think there are really a variety of dishes to serve

皆さんこんにちは百舌鳥陶器の久米康裕です。
本日も皆様に是非おすすめしたい器をご用意いたしましたのでご覧になってください。

本日はこちらに並べておりますブルー系と白っぽい器です。
初夏のイメージですね。

やはりブルーっていうのは冬から春にかけてエメラルドブルーぽい器「トルコ8.0パスタ皿」を一点ご採用いただくともう夏がくるんだなとお客様にイメージしていただけると思いますのでご用意させていただきました。
それに対してこちら「グレー月面六寸丸プレート」「渕金白マット切立皿（大）」「白マットラスター水晶カービィー鉢」「ラスター白泡朧銀丸ストレッチ」の様に、白なんですがただの白ではなくマット状の少し艶消しになっている器をご用意しました。

こちら「雲金ぼかし一珍十丸ストレッチプレート（M）」は「ラスター白泡朧銀丸ストレッチ」と同じアース系の同じ形の色違いでイメージがまったく変わる、こういう器も一緒にご用意しております。

ブルーのこういった器にお造りとか焼き物などを乗せていただいてもいいですが、サラダなどを盛り付けていただくとほんとに映えるんじゃないかなと思います。

盛り付けるお料理は様々あるかと思いますが、なによりも色っていうのが食べに来られるお客様のイメージをパッと見て「もうすぐ夏だな」
みたいなイメージもってもらえると思います。

お料理の色目もありますが、器の色目は大切だと思いますので、そういう季節感をお客様にパッと感じていただけるのはこういった色。
初夏のイメージ。
特に新緑の緑とのコントラストみたいなイメージでご採用いただけたらと思いますのでよろしくお願いいたします。
